Ravencoin (RVN) Withdrawal Update

Thank you for your understanding and patience during our investigations into Ravencoin (RVN) withdrawal issues.

Despite our best efforts, RVN withdrawals will remain disabled for the immediate future. The complexity of the issue means more time and resources are needed to accommodate RVN as a payout coin. This will take significantly longer than we anticipated and brings into question our support for RVN as a payout coin moving forward.

We understand the disruption this is causing users who are waiting to withdraw their RVN and have it selected as a payout option. In light of this, we are working on an option for a one-time transfer of funds to another of our supported payout coins (XMR, BTC, ETH, ALGO) so that users affected can withdraw in the short term.

In order for us to transfer your RVN balances to one of our other payout options can all users who have RVN selected as a payout coin, or have accrued balances in RVN, please select a new payout coin for their account.

To do this please take the following steps:

Step 1 — Log in to the console

Step 2 — Navigate to the settings tab

Step 3 — Select ‘Payment’ from the drop-down

Step 4 — Change payment coin from RVN to one of our other payment coins.

This way we can then transfer users’ balances into their newly selected payout coins so that they can withdraw when they reach the minimum withdrawal limits for their chosen payout coin.

We recommend users make the necessary changes within the next 7 days, as we plan to begin exchanging RVN funds to another payout coin we support starting Tuesday, 13th of April. For users who do not select a new payout coin, RVN balances will be transferred into the coin that is currently being mined.

Again: We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We have taken these steps to prevent further disruption to our users who have been affected by RVN withdrawal issues.
